Shipping Policy
🚚 Free shipping on all orders over ₹10,000. Standard shipping charges of ₹150 apply on orders below ₹10,000.
Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad)3–5 business days from dispatch
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities5–8 business days from dispatch
Remote Areas & North-East India8–12 business days from dispatch
International OrdersCurrently, we ship within India only. International shipping coming soon.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Packaging
Each ARANKIYA creation is carefully packaged in our signature gift box with tissue paper and a branded dust bag, ensuring your saree arrives in perfect condition.
Signature Required
For security, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice before returning the package.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact.
Eligible for Return
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Item received does not match the description on the website
- Wrong item was delivered
- Item has a manufacturing defect
Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Customised or made-to-order pieces
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1 — Contact UsEmail support@arankiya.com or use our Support page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason.
Step 2 — ApprovalOur team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send you a return authorisation with instructions.
Step 3 — Pack & ShipSecurely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Please use a trackable shipping service.
Step 4 — RefundOnce we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order for the desired item.
