Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select the saree you love, and click "Add to Cart". Once you're ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and complete payment via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, and more).
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and popular wallets. All transactions are 100% secure.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. After the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your payment is successful. If you don't receive it within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Tier 2/3 cities: 5–8 business days. Remote areas: 8–12 business days. All timelines are from the date of dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹10,000. A standard shipping charge of ₹150 applies to orders below ₹10,000.
How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order from the "My Orders" section in your account.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned to our announcements!

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange my saree?

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange, please return the original item and place a fresh order for your desired piece.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We sincerely apologise for any such error. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Are all your sarees authentic handwoven pieces?

Yes. Every ARANKIYA saree is sourced directly from master weavers across India. We personally visit weaving clusters to ensure authenticity, quality, and fair wages for artisans.
How do I find the right saree for a specific occasion?

Our team is happy to guide you. Use our live chat or contact us with your occasion, budget, and colour preference, and we'll recommend the perfect piece.
Do you offer customisation or blouse stitching?

We currently sell sarees without blouses. Customisation services are being developed — please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
How do I care for my saree?

Do I need an account to shop?

You can browse without an account, but you will need to register to place an order, track purchases, and save favourites. Registration is quick and free.
